Ack, it's been a long time. I really haven't had a chance to
work with El Cid much lately due to work and stuff. But,
I put up 0.2 on the sourceforge project page, which includes
a file format and cgi lookup fix. Hopefully I'll get around to the
TODO stuff when I have time. Btw, thanks to all for the patches
and suggestions you've sent in. I haven't forgot about you. I have
all that stuff archived and plan on implementing it someday.

Moved the page over to sourceforge.net (btw, these guys rock). I'll
clean this crap up later and make it specific to the project.

Ack.. been a while since i've done anything here. Between work and
other crap, I just haven't been doing any code at home lately. But, I
did throw up elcgi.pl, which is a simple perl cgi script for parsing
elcid.log and throwing it up on the web (create links to do reverse
lookups through anywho.com too, so it's kinda nifty). Check it out
under the El Cid download link on the left and let me know what you

Re-did the site using java script includes so it's easier to maintain.

Put up a small perl script to generate user friendly text output
from the log file. Grab elcid.pl from download the section under
El Cid if ya want it.|
Yes, i just noticed that this page looks screwy under netscape,
but then so does everything. I'll fix it this weekend.
First release of El Cid, my cheesy little Caller ID logger
for linux. It doesn't know Kung Foo yet, but it may in the
